Change or Reset my Crucial Control Panel Password
To change your account password:
- Log into the Crucial Control Panel
- Click on My Details, either on the top navigation bar or home page.
- Below the My Details section, click the Change Password button.
- On the pop-up, enter your existing password, and the new password you wish to update it to.
If you have forgotten your password:
- Go to the Crucial Control Panel
- Click the Forgot Password? button below the login form.
- Enter your email address registered with your Crucial account, and click Submit.
A temporary password should now be sent to your email address.
