How do I submit a Remittance advice?

As we no longer accept emails directly, forwarding a remittance advice to our accounts team will now result in a bounce back email. The best way to submit this is to submit a request by using the following steps.

  1. Open the Crucial Control Centre and login if you haven't already.
  2. Click on Help & Support.

  3. Select Create Ticket


  4. Select the (1) Department and then (2) Next.

  5. Select the (1) Related Service, enter in a (2) Subject, enter in a (3) Message, attach the (4) Remittance Advice, fill in the (5) Captcha, and then (6) Submit.

This will now go to the accounts team who will respond once this is processed.
