To force visitors to your site to use the non-SSL (http) page, use this code in the top of your .htaccess file:
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} on
RewriteRule ^ http://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
